The Brain Child - Short Story 1956.

This story is also known as 'The Invisible Boy'. It first appeared in the Saturday Evening Post on June 23rd 1956 (The photo above is that edition - large version). It was later published in 'Tomorrow's Gift' in 1958, 'The Square Root of Tomorrow' in 1970, and 'Jupiter Laughs' in 1979.
